01 General Introduction & Definitions

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on va777 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. va777 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided. We may request additional documents for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

va777 supports the following payment methods:

  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if identity verification is pending.

3.4 Deposit Conditions

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at va777 you will receive a 100% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applicable to the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before becoming eligible to withdraw.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used to play games.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
  • Bets placed with bonus balance may apply to any available game.
  • A promotion is one-time use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Promotion Changes

va777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Users will be notified of changes in advance wherever possible.

05 VIP Program & Rewards

va777's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through regular play you can gradually advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits are exclusive and subject to change. Cashback is automatically credited to your account on a weekly basis.

If VIP benefits are abused or fraud is found, va777 reserves the right to revoke VIP status and withdraw the associated rewards.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the va777 platform:

  • Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
  • Fraud, cheating, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's identity
  • Using automated bots or software to play
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform (if discovered, you must report it to us immediately)
  • Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age
  • Attempting to harass or harm another person through the platform

If these rules are violated, va777 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

07 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Suspension & Closure

va777 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Evidence of providing false information
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Legal or regulatory reasons

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible balance in your account at the time of the request will be returned, however bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

va777 may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, which will be deducted from the balance. The account holder will be notified by email in advance.

10 Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

  • Gameplay interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors
  • Losses caused by issues with the user's device or network

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, va777 reserves the right to apply the correct result and any resulting difference will be adjusted accordingly.

All content on the va777 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is owned by or licensed to va777 and is protected by copyright law.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content from va777 may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

13 Changes to Terms
